2. No Financial Advice All content, plans, analyses, and signals on TradePlanHub are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Credit System Credits are consumed when generating trading plans. Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscription credits reset monthly; top-up credits do not expire.

4. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account or use the platform to create plans on behalf of others commercially without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: (a) automate or scrape our platform; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms or methods; (c) resell or redistribute plan outputs commercially; (d) use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability TradePlanHub and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes resulting from use of our platform or reliance on our content.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
