TradePlanHub Partner Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the TradePlanHub referral and partner program.

Eligibility

Any registered TradePlanHub user may apply to become a partner. Partners must not engage in spam, misleading promotions, or any activity that violates these terms.

Commission Structure

- Referral partners earn a commission on paid subscription purchases made through their unique referral link - Commission rates are set by TradePlanHub and may change with 30 days notice - Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold

Partner Obligations

- Accurately represent TradePlanHub features and pricing - Include required disclosures when promoting the platform - Not use paid search advertising that directly competes with TradePlanHub brand terms without prior approval

Termination

TradePlanHub may terminate partner status at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the brand.
