Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

TradePlanHub subscriptions are billed monthly. We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase if you have not generated more than 5 plans.

After the 3-day window, or if you have used more than 5 plan generations, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Credit Top-up Refunds

Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once purchased, as credits are immediately added to your account.

Exceptions

We may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of: - Documented technical failures preventing plan generation - Duplicate charges due to payment errors
